Data we collect

We collect account email, password hash, billing entitlement references, API key fingerprints, request metadata, token usage, error codes, and security audit events. We do not store payment card data.

Prompt content

Prompt and completion bodies are not logged by default. A user may opt in to content logging for a specific API key. Requests are forwarded to the selected model provider to produce a response.

How data is used

We use data to authenticate accounts, route requests, enforce limits, calculate usage, provide billing access, prevent abuse, support users, and improve service reliability.

Processors

Whop processes payments. The selected model provider processes API inputs and outputs. Transactional email delivery processes recipient addresses and message content. Hosting and database providers process service data as needed to operate the application.

Retention and security

We retain account, billing, usage, and audit records as needed for operations, legal obligations, and dispute handling. Secrets are stored server-side, API keys are hashed, and transport security headers are applied.

Your choices

You can update account information, revoke API keys, disable opt-in content logging, and request account deletion from settings. Legal retention requirements may apply to limited records.
